Setting for emails triggered by automation rules

The SALESmanago system allows you to set the time range for emails triggered by automation rules. To configure the settings go to SETTINGS -> OTHER -> RULES.


[1] Enable time range for emails – select the check box to activate the time range. This means that the emails will be triggered by automation rules within the selected time range. This does not limit the time when the rule runs. The rule runs all the time – the emails will be sent by the rule within this specific time range. If for a given user the rule starts to run after a defined period, the message will be sent the next day at the selected time.

[2] Select time range – select the time range for the messages triggered by the rules.

[3] Save – confirm your settings by clicking the save button.
