Integration with IAI Shop

The SALESmanago system is integrated with the IAI Shop platform. This means that the shop based on this platform can be easily integrated with the SALESmanago system.

TRANSFERRED INFORMATION:

Contact Information: 

  • email address,
  • company’s name,
  • contact’s name,
  • date of birth,
  • phone number,
  • billing address,
  • street,
  • zip code,
  • city,
  • country.

Other data: 

  • order date,
  • items bought,
  • optional: order location (for instance, in case of personal pickup at a retail store),
  • order value,
  • actions taken in the shop (for instance adding an item to the shopping cart, viewing a product card or purchase),
  • relevant tags.

Note: The list above presents data that can be transferred.

THE INTEGRATION PROCESS

Add the monitoring code downloaded from the SALESmanago system to the website code. Then configure the settings in the IAI Shop system (they can be found in MARKETING&INTEGRATIONS -> SALESmanago).

In the IAI-Shop system:

[1] Launch SALESmanago statistics – select YES.

[2] Provide SALESmanago ID – insert the client ID from the SALESmanago system.

[3] API Secret – insert API Secret from the SALESmanago system.

[4] Email – indicate the email used for logging into the SALESmanago system.

[5] Endpoint – insert the endpoint from the SALESmanago system.

[6] Protecting parameter for Opt-out callback URL – type in any text string (up to 16 characters).

[7] Opt-in callback URL to be used in the SALESmanago panel – the link will automatically display there once a user clicks Save. Then the user needs to copy the link and paste it in Opt-in callback URL in the SALESmanago platform (Settings => Other => Application)

[9] Transfer contact information to SALESmanago – select:

a) only users who agree – before you choose this option, make sure the proper configuration in the section is performed: MODERATION -> Shop behavior management -> Ordering -> The content of the agreement allowing to share ordered information with associated sites/companies.

b) all registered users and newsletter subscribers, without an account created in the shop upon choosing this option, a complete customer database with contact information will be sent to the SALESmanago system. Additionally, there will be a possibility of transferring information on each new newsletter subscriber without an account who will subscribe to receiving emails. However, unlike in the case of users with existing accounts, whose data is transferred to SALESmanago automatically, the subscribers without accounts need to be exported from the panel and imported into the SALESmanago system. New newsletter subscribers will be transferred on a regular basis/in real time.

[10] XML files with exported offer a preview of an export file in xml format with generated offer for an integration with SALESmanago.

Note: After launching the SALESmanago integration module, the transfer of all client accounts in the shop will start. To prevent the server from overloading and the website slowdown, the automatic export of the accounts to SALESmanago will be spread over time and might last from a few to several hours (depending on the size of the client database).

INTEGRATION RANGE

  • Transferring information on users who have an account. Those contacts will be transferred with the registration tag.
  • Transferring information on subscribers without an account. Those contacts will be transferred with the newsletter tag.
  • After an order has been placed, the system will send tags containing the names of specific categories to which the client is assigned. These tags will be generated in the following way: for products listed under CATEGORY/ SUBCATEGORY/SUB-SUBCATEGORY three tags will be sent, and their names will be generated based on the names of respectively: the “Category”, the “Subcategory” and the “Sub-subcategory”.
  • All accounts in the shop will be transferred to SALESmanago.
  • Newsletter subscribers will be transferred to SALESmanago.
