In SALESmanago system you can send an email message in multiple different ways. In RFM Marketing Automation we can send a message to generated by analytics group of contacts.
In this action you need to specify:
1] The type of action: Send email.
[2] Email: choose one of the saved in the system emails that you want to send to a particular group of contacts. After clicking preview, the new tab with message preview will appear.
[3] Subject: the subject that has been set in the selected template will appear in this box. However, there is possible to edit it.
[4] Send date: here you can set the time of sending.
- day and hour – system will check weekly and hourly activity of the contact,
- day of a week – system will check the highest activity of contact for a day in the week,
- hour of a day – system will check the highest activity of contact for an hour in a day.
