The Opt-in/Opt-out callback option allows you to send information about contacts from SALESmanago to an external platform integrated through API. This information relates to the contact status change.

To change the callback settings, go to

Integration Center → Callbacks

[1] Opt-in callback URL – sends to an external system information on the contact opting in for subscription. The notification on the contact’s opt-in status will be sent if the contact clicked the link confirming subscription or will be modified directly on the contact’s card.

[2] Opt-out callback URL – sends to an external system information on the contact opting out from subscription. Information on the contact’s opt-out status will be sent once the contact has clicked the unsubscribe link (e.g. in an email) or their status will be modified directly on the contact’s card.

Enter the URL address of the API integration for your platform and SALESmanago. Remember to include the $email$ parameter.

Secret param should be constant. You should generate it and store it on your side.
