Custom Audience Dashboard

Custom Audience analytics allow you to view all previously created Custom Audiences assigned to ad accounts that are connected to Facebook ad manager and SALESmanago system. Also, it will help you to view the approximate contact flow between SALESmanago and custom audiences.

NOTE: In SALESmanago you can add new custom audience or manage groups that have been created previously. For more information click here >>

To go to the dashboard go to Social Media -> Custom Audience Dashboard

[1] Ad account – to display the data to choose the Facebook ad account for which the data will be displayed.

[2] Time period – choose the time period for which you want to display the data in the analytic.

[A] Contact flow – on a diagram you will be able to see the contact flow, for both deleted and added contacts. The analytics will be presented for the time slot chosen above.

[B] Custom audiences with highest impressions – on a diagram you can read the data about the custom audience that view a particular campaign the most.

[C] Custom audiences with lowest CPA – on a diagram the data about custom audience with the lowest CPA will be displayed. Hoover over your mouse to se the percentage for a particular group.

[D] Custom audiences with highest CPA – on a diagram the data about custom audience with the highest CPA will be displayed. Hoover over your mouse to se the percentage for a particular group.

NOTE: CPA – Cost Per Action – the price for a one, singular action, connected to the number of displays of the ad campaign. CPA expresses the number of actions to the costs of the campaigns.

[E] Custom audiences – at this point, the list of recipients groups from certain campaign, Its creation date, availability and estimated size so till how many contacts, potentially the advertising campaign can be targeted will appear.

[E1] Add new group – clicking this button we will be redirected to campaign creator, where we can build the new contacts group.

[E2] Create new campaign – click here to be redirected to the campaign creator, where you would be able to create a new Facebook campaign for a specific custom audience.

[E3] Details – click here to view information about a particular advertisement campaign.

  • Go to campaign – view more detailed information about a particular campaign.

  • start – day, when the campaign started,
  • reach – number of people, to which you target your campaign,
  • end – day, when the campaign,
  • impressions – number of views,
  • status – find out whether campaign is active or not,
  • spend – budget for an ad campaign.

 

[E4] Manage – if you click on a “manage” button you will be redirected to the Facebook login screen. Log into to start managing campaign.

[E5] Delete – delete custom audience.
