CRM – main dashboard

SALESmanago System offers you the access to the behavioral data of your contacts that you can find in CRM (Contact Relationship Management) tab.

To display all the important information connected with contact management you need to

GO TO CRM


  1. Select the date
  2. Display statistics for a selected contact group
  3. See the figure
  4. Go to campaigns and sales funnels
  5. See the contacts in the funnel

 

[1] Time slot  – choose the time period for which you wish to see the data below – options available: current week, previous week, current month, previous month, current quarter, current year.

[2] Your contacts – the number of contacts you gained in a chosen period of time. Below you will find a number of the total contacts in your database. The difference – the ratio that shows the difference between the last period to the one that you chose. The ratio is expressed in percentage.

[3] Your new contacts – the number of the new contacts that showed up in the previously chosen time slot. The difference – the ratio that shows the difference between the last period to the one that you chose. The ratio is expressed in percentage.

[4] Quick links – click on a icon to be automatically redirected to that tab.

[5] Your monitored contacts – the number of all the monitored contact in your database. Difference – the ratio that show the difference between the last period to the one that you chosen. The ratio is expressed in percentage.

[6] Your active contacts – the number of all the active contacts in your database. Difference – the ratio that show the difference between the last period to the one that you chosen. The ratio is expressed in percentage.

[7] Preview – click “preview” to display the diagram for the chosen data.

[8] Your contacts, which you are the main owner of – here you will see information for the contacts that you are the main owner of.

[9] Current period, previous period – on a diagram you will be able to see two colors: one will represent data form current period, the second one – previous period.

[10] Hot leads –  it is a list of contacts which showed high activity, have high scoring and the status of a potential customer.

[11] Recent contacts – it is a list of newly generated contacts. Click the button Details that redirects to the contact card of the user. You can select a tag that will be excluded from the list of the newly generated contacts after you click Settings.

[12] Your tasks list – it is a list of tasks that you need to perform towards a contact.

[13] Campaigns and sales funnels – here you will find out information about the most popular sales funnels.

[14] Select campaign and funnel – click this button in order to choose funnels that will appear in the graphic form below.

[15] Name – the name of the funnel.

[16] Show contacts – you can preview which contacts belong to a particular funnel.
