Manage contacts: Sales stages

All sales operations can be presented within the sales funnel. The sales process involves moving prospects to higher levels of the funnel (after they have fulfilled certain conditions) until a contract is signed, i.e. a prospect becomes a project. SALESmanago makes the option of collective contact management accessible. In the Manage contacts panel, you can choose contacts which you want to either add or delete from the stages in the sales funnel.

Go to CRM => Contacts list => Manage contacts


Above the list of action you can find fields in which you can define the contacts for which you want to trigger the action. Determine the contact group and then choose the action Sales stages marked on the list of actions on the illustration above. Then, go to the settings of the action.

[1] Add to a sales stage – the option enables adding contacts to a sales stage in a sales funnel. Choose the funnel from the dropdown list.

[2] Choose the stage in the funnel to which you want to add contacts.

[3] Remove from sales stage – the option enables removing contacts from a sales stage in a sales funnel. Choose the funnel from the dropdown list.

[4] Choose the stage in the funnel from which you want to remove contacts.

Confirm the action by clicking the Perform actions button.
