Advanced email addressing options – grouping

In addition to the basic email addressing functionality, you can select target addresses for your mailing campaigns on the basis of:

[1] Assigned tags

[2] Sales funnel

[3] Previous mailings

[4] Pre-defined addresses

IMPORTANT: After you schedule an email to be sent later, you can change only the content of the template (pictures, text, links and so on). Changes to other settings will not apply to the scheduled email. Learn how it works >>

Ad [1] TAGS – by clicking the ‘Add tag’ icon you will open a window with a list of available tags. You can find your preferred tags using a search box or the list featured below. When making a choice, one or more tags can be selected. The numbers in parentheses next to the tags listed indicate the number of contacts particular tags have been assigned to.

Ad [2] FUNNELS – by clicking on the ‘Add funnel’ icon you will see a window with a list of available sales funnels. To find your preferred funnels use a search box [2a] or find the items on the list featured below. When choosing a funnel, you can select a check box next to the funnel’s name [2b] – do this to address your email to all contacts in that funnel. By clicking on ‘+’ you may access a drop-down list with stages from the selected funnel [2c]. After selecting the check box located next to the stage you are interested in, you can – as your target addresses – select the group of recipients linked to this particular stage of the funnel.

Ad [3] MAILINGS – by clicking the ‘Add mailings’ icon you will get a window where you can select a group of recipients you have previously mailed or the ones you are planning to mail. The available options include:

– sent – emails that have already been sent from your account. By selecting a particular message you will preset exactly the same group of recipients for the new mailing.

– opened – emails that have already been sent from your account. By selecting a particular message you will define the addresses which opened this very email as the group of recipients for the new campaign.

– clicked – emails that have already been sent from your account. By selecting a particular message you will define the addresses that clicked on the email you have selected as recipients of the new mailing campaign.

– planned – emails to be sent from our system. By selecting a particular message you will set as recipients of the new message the same addresses as those for the planned mailing.

Note: you can select several emails from various groups by clicking relevant check boxes.

Ad [4] PRE-DEFINED TARGET ADDRESSES after clicking the ‘Add pre-defined target groups’, icon you will get a window where you can select a pre-defined group of recipients for the message.

In order to select a particular group of target addresses you should check the check box next to the target group of your choice.
